Its that time again…For the 3rd year in a row I am blessed to be a part of this amazing fundraiser that not only raises thousands of dollars for people with brain injury, but also helps raise awareness for what is known as the “silent epidemic”. As all of you know I work for BrainCare, a brain injury rehabilitation facility located in Colorado Springs. Every day, I am blessed to be working along side some of the strongest, kindest, funniest people I know. These men and women fight hard every day to complete tasks that most take for granted. For some, its a huge accomplishment to say hello in the morning when they walk in. To watch them succeed at something they have tried for so long is one of the best feelings in the world.
