I have decided to participate in this years Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado Pikes Peak Summit Challenge to honor my Brother-in-law Carl, who was killed on Pikes Peak during his practice run for the PPIHC. Carl did not suffer from a traumatic brain injury, but we lost him as a result of a tragic accident. It feels right to raise money in his name for other people suffering from the effects of injuries and accidents that have changed their lives and the lives of their families.
