Hello Everyone, Team Pueblo Brainiacs will walk with others supporting the Pikes Peak Challenge Manitou Walk 2024. I have been participating since 2011 as a volunteer and active participant. The Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado has been a resource for rehabilitation for me over the years.
I am requesting donations for Team Pueblo Brainiacs to continue providing services throughout Colorado. Services that provide self-management/skill building, peer mentorship, and when available support grants that allow support groups to enjoy outings as a group. To attend retreats, conferences, and other events provided by the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado.
As a person with a brain injury, I have been introduced to other individuals with brain injuries who are advocates, mentors, facilitators, board members, and my friends. They are active members of our community.
We appreciate your donation, and support and would enjoy having you join our team to help us raise $200 for each participant on our team.
